Payment Policy
This page explains how payments are handled for Cup of Life online store orders.
This policy is provided for customer information and is not legal advice. Final wording should be approved by Cup of Life.
Secure online payment
Online card and supported digital payments are processed through PayFast's secure hosted checkout. Cup of Life does not collect or store card details on this website.
When an order is confirmed
An order paid through PayFast is confirmed only after Cup of Life receives and verifies PayFast's payment notification. Returning from PayFast to the website does not by itself confirm payment.
Pending payment status
If your order shows as awaiting payment after returning from PayFast, the payment notification may still be processing. If the status does not update, contact us with your order number.
Payment method
PayFast is the checkout payment method for online store orders. If you need help with a special payment arrangement, contact Cup of Life before placing the order.
Failed or cancelled payments
If payment is cancelled or fails at PayFast, the order will not be treated as paid. You may contact us to arrange another payment method or place a new order.
