Refund and Returns Policy

This page explains how customers can request help with refunds, returns, damaged goods, or incorrect items.

This policy is provided for customer information and is not legal advice. Final wording should be approved by Cup of Life.

Requesting a refund or return

Contact Cup of Life with your order number, contact details, refund reason, and any supporting photos where relevant. Our team will review the request before approving or rejecting it.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please keep the packaging and provide photos so we can assess the issue and arrange the next step.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be used where only part of an order is affected. Multiple partial refunds cannot exceed the original paid order amount.

Manual PayFast refund processing

Where PayFast was used, approved refunds are processed operationally by the Cup of Life team. A refund is not complete until it has been marked as processed by an administrator and, where available, a PayFast refund reference has been recorded.

Non-refundable costs

Delivery or redelivery costs may not be refundable where the order was delivered correctly and the issue is caused by incorrect customer information or a change of mind after dispatch.
