Shipping Policy

This policy is provided for customer information and is not legal advice. Final wording should be approved by Cup of Life.

Delivery areas

We supply churches, ministries, and conference organisers throughout South Africa. Delivery availability and fees are calculated at checkout when delivery is selected.

Collection option

Customers may choose Gauteng collection at checkout where available. Collection has a R0.00 delivery fee. Collection details and timing will be confirmed by the Cup of Life team.

Processing times

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. PayFast orders are confirmed only after Cup of Life receives a verified PayFast payment notification. Standard handling time is usually 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Lead times

• Courier delivery lead times are estimates shown or confirmed during fulfilment.
• Local deliveries are often faster than national deliveries.
• Remote or rural routes may require additional courier time.

Shipping costs

Gauteng collection is free. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout when the delivery address is supplied. If live courier quoting is unavailable, checkout will show an error or use the configured store fallback while Courier Guy quoting is disabled.

Courier handling and tracking

Delivery may be handled through The Courier Guy or another suitable courier partner. When a waybill or tracking reference is available, it will be shared through follow-up communication.

Delays and exceptions

Weather, courier network pressure, national holidays, and incomplete delivery information can extend delivery times. If a delay affects your order, our team will follow up using the contact information supplied at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery address, province, and phone number are correct before paying. Additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may be billed separately before redelivery.
