Shipping Policy

Delivery areas

We supply churches, ministries, and conference organisers throughout South Africa. Deliveries within Gauteng use our local shipping rate, while all other provinces use the national rate.

Processing times

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. Standard handling time is 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Lead times

• Gauteng deliveries: usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• National deliveries: usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural routes may require additional courier time.

Shipping costs

Local deliveries in Gauteng are charged at R 95.00. Other South African deliveries are charged at R 135.00. Orders over R 1,750.00 qualify for automatic free shipping before payment.

Courier handling and tracking

We use standard courier partners for fulfilled orders. When the courier makes tracking available, that reference will be shared with the customer through follow-up communication.

Delays and exceptions

Weather, courier network pressure, national holidays, and incomplete delivery information can extend delivery times. If a delay affects your order, our team will follow up using the contact information supplied at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery address, province, and phone number are correct before paying. Additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may be billed separately before redelivery.
